In the beginning…

bigbang1

Welcome to Project:Groovy!

This is a concept that I came up with one day while driving in the middle of nowhere in west Texas.  I thought, “you know what really makes me happy? Making another person really happy.”  So, how can I do that a bunch of times in a row? This site is part of the result.  This is the place where I help show the most important people in my life just how much they mean to the world.

…and yes, it makes me happy.

So please, take a look around (here are some frequently asked questions), and come back very soon, as this site is constantly in a state of perpetual change and update.  If you have anything you’d like to tell me, just shoot me a quick note at ryan@projectgroovy.com.

Until we meet again, my friend…

Great post! Having grown up in West Texas myself, I understand the nature of the flat horizon bringing a lot of thoughts inward. The horizon is so vast, humbling, and well…boring! You can’t help but think inward. Your drive to make others happy is what the meaning of life (in my opinion) is all about! High Five!

Thanks Stephanie! Yes, you nailed it concerning the terrain. And, I would wholeheartedly agree with you in saying that making other people happy is one of the noblest activities any one of us can partake in. =)

I think this is a great initiative. I too feel happy when I manage to make other people feel happy. It’s like I feed from their happiness but, you know, in a non-creepy way.

    Regards,

    Claudiu

Thank you for your input Claudiu! I agree completely – non-creepy has usually led to a better result in my endeavors as well. 😛

The floor is yours, what do YOU think?
